Sounds like a big change? Don't worry – the transition will be seamless, and your banking transactions will remain completely unaffected.

Payments
All standing orders, scheduled payments and direct debits will remain saved and continue to be processed as usual.
Biometric Login
After entering your login credentials for the first time, you can reactivate Face ID or fingerprint login (if supported by your device).
Opening Accounts
You can continue to open Time Deposit Accounts, Daily Savings Accounts and Deniz Savings Plans online as usual.
Limits
All limits set by you or DenizBank AG will be transferred to the new Digital Banking.
Tax Exemption
If you are eligible for a tax exemption, it will be automatically applied to your new Digital Banking. No new application is required.

Simply follow these steps:

On launch day: Download the new version from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Log in using your customer number and password.
Complete the verification process using smsTAN – this step is designed to keep your account secure.
